Don’t be afraid of custom orders!
If you are making a custom order, I can design it and send you a picture of how it will look before I even make it. If you like it, you buy it – then I will make it. If not, I can change it or use it as a sample for future orders. So, there’s NO RISK to you.
I also take BULK orders from businesses, teams, clubs, churches, etc. Let me know what you need.
Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Most of our products are hand-made, hand-painted, and hand-assembled by an actual human. There may be minor flaws visible upon close inspection. Some may have a dab of glue or paint visible on the back. Some may have a speck of something stuck to the paint. While we try to avoid making any boo boos, it is not possible to ensure that each product is absolutely perfect. Most of our items hang on a wall or sit on a shelf to be enjoyed and are not intended to be closely scrutinized. Please be aware of this before purchasing if you are a picky person. If needed, we will be happy to send you more pictures or answer questions about any item before you buy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 business days of your receipt of the item. If 7 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Personalized and custom items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Additionally, discounted items purchased through our “Bargain Bin” page are not refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once the item is received by us in the condition you received it, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@peculiarts.com so that we can make arrangements.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
